What we collect

What you enter when you book a demo (name, email, phone, business name). Your emails and messages to us. If you agree to cookies, how you use this site and which ad or link brought you here. The cost check runs in your browser: your answers are never sent to us or stored.

Why we use it

To arrange and hold the demos you ask for, and to reply to you. We rely on taking steps you've asked for and on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. To understand and improve this site and our ads, only if you accept those cookies.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (hosting and security), GoHighLevel (booking and our customer records), Stripe (payments, if you sign up), and, only if you accept cookies, Google and Meta. Some are based in the US. Where your data leaves the UK, it's protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

Booking details: 12 months, unless you become a customer. Customer records: as long as you're a customer and 6 years after, for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, restrict it, or take a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO atico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
